At Memory capture photography
My story started over a decade ago when I received my first camera as a Christmas present. I have always had a passion for capturing every little moment, the small details and every special memory.
This was further enriched when I became a mummy to my beautiful little boy, and documenting his little life become even more important to me. I realised how time really does fly, and in a blink of an eye, that very moment your'e in, becomes the past.
I have absolutely loved capturing every stage of my child's life so far, and I wanted to build something where I can help others freeze those moments in time, and have something beautiful to look back on.
The chance to relive those memories again, and share with generations to come.
My approach
My approach is simple. Be me, be patient and be kind.
Most importantly, put the child first.
I have always had a passion for working with children and families and this led me to achieve my First-Class Degree in Early Childhood Studies.
I have worked in the Early Years sector for over 11 years and alongside my photography business, I'm also the director of a small private nursery.
My skills and knowledge of working with children really supports my photography sessions. I think it is important to offer fun, simple cues for the children, some guidance and support, but also understand that every child is unique and inquisitive.
I want to create a safe, happy place where children and their families can feel comfortable and enjoy every session. However, I don't want this to be just a session, I want this to be an experience and a special time for you and your little ones.
Candid moments are also a favourite of mine, and personally, I think the child-led and 'in the moment' captures are the best!

MCP stands for Memory Capture Photography, because that is exactly what I aim to do. Capture memories.
Memories of yours & Memories of others.
The special part of my job is being able to capture the 'behind the scenes' and the fun going on behind your back. The little moments, the big moments, the hugs, the laughter, the antics. All the things you saw and didn't.
When you receive your gallery, I want you to relive those special moments, but also live new parts of your day or session that you didn't know happened!
Yes, I am guilty of taking too many photos- I am that person.
But this is my passion. I will capture everything possible!!
